Job Description:
As a Sales Leader, your primary objective is Lead a Domain of BDEs to support achieving a target of 100000$ with the help of good amount of Inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
Responsibilities:
· Build relationships with potential clients, managing complex strategic partnerships that are often first-of-its-kind to deliver results, and build long-term partner relationships.
· Take ownership in presenting, discussing and corresponding with prospects and existing clients at the ultimate decision making levels.
· Collaborate with management, consultants & analysts to match the needs of the client and of IndustryARC.
· Ensuring highest level of customer service & satisfaction by being proactive and face of the organization.
· Mining existing accounts and creatively securing sales revenue through cross selling and upselling opportunities.
· Lead, mentor and groom the team members to take on higher responsibilities, creating next dynamic sales professional.
Attributes:
· Industry stalwart with experience of 6+ years in Market Research and Consulting.
· Demonstrated ability to meet and/ or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
· Experience with Sales force or another CRM Software would be an added advantage.
· Should have prior Experience in working across different Geographies – North America, EMEA and APAC.
