Job Description:


As a Business Development Executive, your primary objective is connect with potential client through Inbound and Outbound Leads, take them through closer with support of your Domain Head and achieving your target for a handsome Incentive which is best in the industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Build relationships with potential clients and build long-term partner relationships


  • Take ownership in presenting, discussing and corresponding with prospects and existing clients at the ultimate decision making levels.


  • Collaborate with management, consultants & analysts to match the needs of the client and of IndustryARC


  • Ensuring highest level of customer service & satisfaction by being proactive and face of the organization.


  • Mining existing accounts and creatively securing sales revenue through cross selling and upselling opportunities.



Attributes:-


  • People with growth in mind with experience of 1+ years in Market Research and Consulting background.



  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/ or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) .



  • Experience with Sales force or another CRM Software would be an added advantage.


  • Should have prior Experience in working across different Geographies North America, EMEA and APAC
